the sauces / ingredients are the expensive part
with the right items, you can easily whip out a meal

here are 2 simply sushi
the preparation of the rice takes about 4 hrs
advanced preparation is possible

1) Rice - use short grain japanese rice
2) sweet rice vinegar
3) ebiko
4) tamago
5) crab stick
6) japanese cucumber
7) avocado
8) black sesame
